Name Your Favorite Drink

Official Rules:

1) Send us the ingredients of your favorite mixed drink by filling out the drink form…be sure to include the correct proportions for mixing

2) Get creative and give your drink a stupid name…even if it already has one (e.g. "Sidetrack House of Pain," or "Linda's Luscious Daiquiri")

3) The Winner gets his/her concoction added to next month's menu, and 10 free drinks at the Sidetrack

4) Don't pick drinks already on our menu…you probably won't win

5) All entries must be received by midnight on November 30th

6) You must be 21 years of age or older to participate
